We looked at many places in the area and Sun Valley seemed very clean and peaceful. Prices of the homes were very reasonable. There also are many opportunities for social activities at Sun Valley. Everyone is made to feel welcome to join the social events… Our home is in an excellent location. It is just a few steps to where all the activities are held… In addition, we have a great view of the Superstition Mountains…Sun Valley feels like one big family. There is always someone right there to help if there is a problem. It is fun to sit on the deck and visit with our neighbors as they take their daily walks. Sun Valley is the place to be! |

After touring numerous retirement communities, we found our winter home in Sunlake Estates. This community offers us the advantage of a spacious home site, equal to or greater than a single family home neighborhood. The activities within are endless with the use of pools, exercise room, golf course, softball field, marina, boat launch ramp, various club activities and much more. Making new friends isn’t a problem, we love it here! |

We spent 5 years searching Florida for the perfect spot to retire. We found it at Sunlake Estates. When we visited for the first time, we felt so welcome. The facilities are beautiful – a clubhouse and recreation center with exercise facilities, library, lounge, kitchen, billiards room, 2 pools, a free 9-hole practice golf course (my husband’s favorite amenity), and a gorgeous lakefront with picnic area, dog run, and marina. There is no way to be bored with all the various activities meeting everyone’s needs. The home sites are spacious (and cared for by the community which also makes my husband happy). With the reasonable prices, we are able to get the home we dreamed of. The staff is amazing and keeps our community running efficiently. There is now where else we care to live – Sunlake Estates is home!! |

We happened to drive by Gulfstream Harbor... fell in love with the place…I am very happy here…. We’ve looked at the other communities around the area here, and nothing touched Gulfstream Harbor and the Gulfstream Harborites that live here, honestly. I’d like to invite anyone into this community. I know that you’ll enjoy it here. |

We picked Orlando as a central location... We loved the fact that we are close to not only downtown but to the amusements, to the beaches. The winters are wonderful here… Once we discovered Gulfstream Harbor offered all these amenities without the maintenance cost, we were sold… We have more time for each other. We have more time for activities. It is just a wonderful place to live. |

I love living in Serendipity. Not only are my neighbors just awesome, they are caring, sharing, and giving, and the management is absolutely wonderful. They are there to help you when you need help. The clubhouse amenities are wonderful too. From the luaus, to the pancake breakfasts, to the pool parties, now all you can ask for is the beautiful climate that we have here in southwest Florida. From golfing, to fishing, to the Gulf of Mexico, we’re close to all these great restaurants and great shopping. |

The first couple days down here we had cakes at our door, all the time. The minute we came through the entrance to the community, we felt right at home; we felt right at ease. We liked the friendliness of everybody that was here. Everybody waves to everybody... The winters are gorgeous down here. And once you’re in Fort Myers, it’s hard to live anywhere else. |

There’s so many activities at Blue Heron Pines you can never be bored. We have golf… shuffleboard… bocce ball…Bingo, a fantastic exercise room, card rooms, billiards rooms, just many, many activities... I enjoy playing golf here … Everybody’s so friendly down here. We came down here; we just never expected our retirement to be as fantastic and happy as it is down here…It’s almost like being on vacation every day. |

One of the most important things to us in deciding to come to Blue Heron Pines was the area it was in and its proximity to major shopping and cultural things and fishing … There are organized activities: billiards... card games… a ceramic studio… a pretty good library. There’s a health spa in there, exercise machines, a sauna … We are planning on staying here. We enjoy it here, and we really like the area, we like our neighbors, and we just like our community. |

It’s a great location... We tell our friends that they should move down, especially to Royal Palm, because it is such a nice community, and the weather is fantastic...Because we enjoy it so much, we don’t ever want to leave. Living in Park Royale is really wonderful... The staff, management, everyone is just so friendly... It’s close to everything, the restaurants. You’re only like five minutes from the beaches. They have so many amenities in Park Royale. In the evening, we’ll go to the fitness room after we walk; and then we’ll go into to the pool just to cool off and relax. They also have a billiard room… It’s just a lot of fun… This is the home. This is where my husband and I want to retire. We want to spend the rest of our life here. |

The reason why I love living here at Park Royale particularly is the location proximity between Clearwater, St. Pete, and Tampa.... Taking in the cultural aspects of the locals, from concerts, to sidewalk cafes, to craft and art shows, museums, and the like.… The setting itself is maintained, manicured, the lawns, the pools, the clubhouse…This is the place that you want to spend the rest of your life. |
